College and Beyond
  • A-G College Entrance Requirements- The Classes a High School student needs to take (and pass) in order to be eligible for a 4-year college
  • Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)- a tuition savings program that makes attending out-of-state colleges and universities more affordable for students in the West. 
  • Scholarships- List of Scholarships for Graduating Seniors, Class of 2026
  • FAFSA- Free Application for Federal Student Aid. An application that every US Citizen/resident Senior needs to complete in order to receive grants, loans and scholarships. Non-citizens can apply to CADAA.
  • CA Dream Act Application (CADAA)- Application for Non-US citizens to apply for State Aid for College

  • ​Latino Service Providers (English) (Spanish)- Wealth of Community resources to address critical needs, general assistance, rental & utility, emergency shelters, counseling/peer support, wellness, crisis & support, food connections, hot meals, legal aid, and immigration resources 
  • Youth Scoop: Website designed by Voices (non-profit) youth to help young people in Sonoma County and surrounding counties to  navigate their options and eligibility for Education, Employment, Housing, Transportation, Supportive Services, and Health & Wellness

  • Keystone Therapy Services- providers of private counseling and mental health therapy to people of all ages, identities, and dynamics, including family therapy in both English and Spanish.
  • 988 Lifeline - National Suicide and Crisis Hotline.  Call, text, or chat for confidential, judgment - free care
  • ​Child Parent Institute - Parenting and Counseling Services which includes parenting classes, and autism support group
  • NAMI Sonoma County  -  serves residents across Sonoma County with free mental health support, online groups, resources and education    
  • ​Family Justice Center - comprehensive service providers with onsite services to empower family violence victims to live free from violence and abuse
  • Verity 707-545-7273- sexual assault prevention, intervention, and healing with 24/7 Crisis Support Line
LGBTQIA Resources

  • On the Margins - Queer + BIPOC led organization providing counseling, therapy, coaching, and community services
